Jody Stiver, BSN, RN- School Nurse
I have been the nurse at Highlands for a very long time! This is my 26th year in this position. I am originally from Minnesota, but my husband and I have lived in the Houston area since 1981. I am a graduate of St. Lukes Hospital School of Nursing in Fargo, ND with a Diploma in Nursing (RN) and the University of Texas El Paso with a BSN.
My two daughters were both Highlands Scotties and are graduates of Dulles High School. In May 2013, I gained a son-in-law! But, the best news, our family has grown again! On May 5, 2014 I got to add a new title! I am now Oma to our beautiful granddaughter, Savannah! In June 2016 we were blessed to add Savannah's sister, a second beautiful granddaughter, Tessa! If you have any general parenting questions, I will be glad to share my experiences- just ask!
During the summer I enjoy traveling and adventure! In fact, I have been to all 50 states and both Canada and Mexico! I have added a few pictures of some of my travels over the summer. I like to read, bake, cook, garden, and watch TV in my spare time. I love college football. I have two dogs, Cali and Dakota. Cali is named after one of my favorite places, Calistoga, California. Dakota is named after my husband's Alma mater, The University of North Dakota! My husband and I like to walk and bicycle around Sugar Land and frequently visit Oyster Creek Park. I hope to see you on the trail!

Kim Warburton- Clinic/Counselor Assistant:
Mrs. Warburton has been the clinic and counselor assistant since 2/29/08! Every four years we remember her start on Leap Day as she "leaped" into a new job in the middle of the year! She will be in the clinic every day to assist with clerical tasks as well as provide care for the children when I am in the classroom, a meeting or conducting screenings. Ms. Warburton and her husband reside in Sugar Land along with their two children, both of which are college students! She is trained in CPR and first aid as well as diabetes care and medication administration. She has lots of experience, so your children are in capable hands when I am not instantly available.
